Where the value may be
Targeted treatment can be worth comparing before replacing an entire lawn. Identify the cause of the problem and the exact service being proposed.
Google reviews in context
The linked Google listing showed 4.9 out of 5 from 2,319 reviews when checked on September 29, 2026. This is the company’s overall pest-control profile, so the review total is not specific to lawn treatments. Look for accounts of the service you intend to buy. Read recent reviews for projects like yours, including lower ratings and owner responses. A review count is not a completed-project count. Read the Google source.
BBB and other checks
We did not identify a matching BBB profile that we could confidently attribute to this business. We do not treat that as a negative finding or assume the company is unaccredited. Confirm the legal business name and relevant credentials directly.
Questions for your quote
What diagnosis supports the treatment, what follow-up is included, and which lawn-care tasks remain yours? Ask for the scope, exclusions and follow-up terms in writing. Give each company the same project brief so you can compare what is actually included.
